What We Do


Program Administration
  • Administer the National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP) under purview of the Office of SIGNT Information Needs (OSIN) and National Signals Intelligence Committee (SIGCOM)
  • Manage Intelligence Community (IC) SIGINT Information Need (IN) requests
  • Train multiple IC organizations, and Combatant Commands (COCOMS), to properly request INs
  • Provide quality control and editor review of INs to move them through validation
  • Database and provide IN metrics and feedback to SIGCOM and the IC

Systems Engineering of Intelligence Systems
  • Provide system design specifications
  • Integrate multiple specialized systems into collaborative collection systems
  • Test collaborative collection systems for:
    • Stability
    • Inter operability of specialized systems
    • Production
  • Recommend system optimization citing results from formal testing
  • Provide full Life Cycle Support from integration through upgrades and optimizations to decommissioning
  • Signal Analysis and Development Discover and exploit modern communications systems /networks

Provide subject matter expertise in:
  • Modern Telecommunications Systems/Networks
  • Telephony Switching Systems
  • Internet Communication protocols, specifically at Layers 1-3
  • Cellular/Personal Communication Systems
  • Characterize Target Networks
  • Report Intent, Objectives, and Capabilities of Selected Communication Networks
